I'm wondering who 'we' might mean within this context - given that you've posted it in Alternative Medicine. A homeopath would whip the whole casing and treat the whole human being, not give a remedy specifically for the myoma. Acupuncturists would treat according to their philosophy too. However, most homeopaths and acupuncturists within the UK, and certainly those on the registers of the Society of Homeopaths or the British Acupuncture Council, would ensure that the forgiving also saw their GP. If you can clarify what you are asking, the answer could be more focussed.
