If you have and i pod, or medium player for less than $10 you can down nouns a hypnosis program to help you quit smoking. Once downloaded it's yours forever, so never do you spend more next ten bucks.
It worked for me. You can also download it on your computer and just listen to it a few times a afternoon from your computer.
