Hitting your body?

In many warring arts and in some chinese exercises they promote hitting your body on places such as your kidneys and your heart, how fine is this for your body? I know that bones grow stronger under stress, is this duplicate for muscles, and if so is this also true for your organs in some mode?Hitting your body?
yeah youre right that bones grow stronger under stress, however, muscles, especially organs are not impossible to tell apart.
on muscles they might accidentally hit a nerve which might in actual fact damage and can do a loss of function in a infallible type of muscle.. its the same contained by organs obviously.
as you probably know, boxers and football players are most credible to have parkinsons disease because they took too several hits in their body and their guide so their brain cells dies which cannot be regenarated.
WHAT? That is only crazy...don't do it.
No
umm...weird request for information.
I think who ever told you that wishes you to inflict self damage for thier own happiness.
Acu-pressure is one thing, inflicting a hit is moderately another! no, one should'nt try that at all!
