Take some Witch Hazel to some tissue and press it up against your anus. You can also try Epsom salts within the bath to oblige relieve them.
Lastly, drink more water and try to make the addition of a little more roughage (but not too much) to your diet.

I regard aloe vera is good for that, & a cleansing wipe called "Tucks".
Tucks...and if at hand is any burning associated with it...put the tucks pad in the fridge first...it's instant nouns!
