I don't know. I attend a couple of AA meetings a week and it keep my crazy thoughts away.. Been doing so for 21 years. No suicidal thoughts since 1986.
don't do it it is very egocentric and if things are as bad as they can obtain then they can with the sole purpose get better right i own never told anyone this but i attempted it and almost died i got really sick and am in a minute very glad i lived things only take better and time heals adjectives wounds
