Have you ever TAKEN "SHARK cartilidge supplements"?? Did they work? Were they efficient??

Because they claim they are good for joint ect.
I was thinking of trying them for my wager on .. had fall 8 yrs. ago and with time it's heal a LOT,however can still get sore. Do you imagine the Shark c. supplements would help, to be precise IF you've tried them w/successful results? THanksHave you ever TAKEN "SHARK cartilidge supplements"?? Did they work? Were they efficient??
I have not but I know someone that take Glucosamine and it does help!
The one and only thing shark cartilage supplements are moral for is killing the poor shark.
You might want to look into chondroitin and glucosamine.
I don't know give or take a few the research findings, but Cuba has be the country where most of the research have been done. Have you hear of phosoplex? I take it and the reviews of it on amazon are adjectives 5 stars.
Shark Cartlidge is a scam.
If you want to improve the joint, take a ability Omega fatty oil supplement. Omega 3 is honourably easy to find; but I recommend the complete spectrum that have omega 3, 6, and 9.
For pain embezzle glucosimine and condroitin supplement.
There's a lack of substantial research that supports shark cartilage supplements are in truth beneficial to joint strength, which is disappointing considering the number of supplemental products advertised to kind consumers believe the research is extensive. Glucosamine, however, has be researched more thoroughly and the percentage of positive results are relatively high. Although not related to bone or combined health, an interesting certainty is that sharks are immune to cancer. Which is why current research studies are having positive results surrounded by using shark cartilage for curing cancer in humans.
