i really want to try one out ever since i saw the movie "altered states". if you have ever used one of these, i would resembling to know what kind of experiences you've have. also interested about amplifying the experience next to drugs like pot and mushrooms.Has anyone ever used a sensory deprivation cistern?
I did it around 20yrs ago. It was interesting. After a while you be aware of like you are floating contained by space. I only did it once and it be kind of expensive. I could see how it could really be appealing to some relations.
I think it would really freak you out if you did it on mushrooms though.
I haven't tried the reservoir, but I did try an experiment at home. We had a bathroom next to no windows and a huge tub so I complete it with reheat water, shut the door and turned past its sell-by date the lights. It was really bizzare what happen, it scared me so fruitless I had to step up and turn the lights on. I never did it again.
