Has anyone tried Vitex? whats it approaching?

Has anyone tried Vitex? whats it approaching?
If you are considering taking vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) you really should see a herbalist. It works brilliantly for some women with PMS, but can in truth make a hormone inequity worse if your profile doesn't fit the vitex picture.
I have used it and it made my menstrual flow much heavier (already sweet!) and very bumpy. It works best for women who are more progesterogenic than oestrogenic. Progesterogenic women tend to be more athletic in build, oestrogenic women tend to be more rounded, but these are not not easy and fast rules simply tendencies.
Other pious ways to treat PMS include liver treatment (the liver is the organ that provides the starting materials for the sex hormones, and clears out the used hormones, so if the liver is not working as powerfully as it could be - not necessarily anything pathological wrong, just a bit underneath par, hormone levels will be out of balance). Have lemon liquid in hot dampen every morning, Milk Thistle, Globe artichoke, dandelion root, and fresh unprocessed foods.
Sometimes B vitamins can help PMS, but you really necessitate to see what the imbalance is explicitly causing the PMS
Hope this help.
Yes, I take it surrounded by the tincture extract form if I have PMS and it really make me feel better.
